IMCA MODIFIED HEAT 90'S

What started out to be a late 80's mod evolved into a late 80's, early 90's mod, mostly due to the lack of pictures. I had wanted to get a few more prominant drivers, but decided to post it as is for now. I might add some skins later, depending on picture availability. Templates are in the game's paint folder.

61 skins, and mildly updated chassis from 2008. For you Mopar lovers (like me) there is the Viper Chassis, which has a Mopar Performance engine. The rest of the chassis all use Chevy. You can use the 2008 Templates since they have not changed. I may update them and upload, and I may not......LOL

I made about a dozen skins of some old Nascars on the IMCA Modified Chassis for a friend, thought they looked kind of cool so I finished out a carset and made a mod of it. I believe there are 35 or 36 skins of Various Nascar Drivers from the 60's to the present included. The cars are still one speed, however I had thought about making them 4 speed so they could be raced on the paved Nascar tracks. I might add an additional chassis set which could overwrite the original cars if people want the 4 speed option. This mod was just for fun, so I hope you enjoy it.

Thanks to Stan and Mike Brown, and to Dolan Lannan for there contributions to this mod. I tried to get as many real life skins as possible, but I found that there weren't alot of pictures for them. Some skins don't have names since the picture didn't list a driver. I left the cars as 4 speed so you can race them in normal mode on asphalt if you wish, but I have been running them on expert on both dirt and asphalt.
Jack Hewitt is the winningest driver in Silver Crown and should have been in the original. Here is the update which adds him to the mod. This is a new paint.res, UI.res and drivers list. Just extract these into your Silver Crown Heat mod folder and it will over write the original. Note......If you have added your own skins, you may want to extract somewhere else and add the UI and Paint.res, but cut and paste the Hewitt skin to your drivers list.

I want to thank Stan and Mike Brown for their skins, and Diamond Racing and DTRSC for the sprint cars that inspired me to do these. There are 40 skins, all fictious. This one was done just for fun, so I hope you wingless sprint buffs enjoy it.

Updated 90Late Chassis In my haste to get the mod uploaded, I forgot to add the rear body supports to the car, so this is the updated chassis with body supports. Simply place it in your mod folder and it will overwrite the existing car.

The car is a conversion from DTR2. I am not sure who converted it, or who did the editing (Angry Aussie) I think. I take no credit for the car! I added the wing last year due to some requests, and due to requests decided to put the car in ts own mod. I can assure that no parts for this car were hacked from the NZMOD06.

This is the updated version of IMCA Stockcar Heat 2007. Most of the skins are the same but all the chassis are new. There are a couple of new skins, and when I get a new skinset for 2008 I will have a skinset and drivers update.

Based off the conberted Nascar Legends from Papyrus Sierra Sports. The original game was filled out with 20 Plus fictitous skins, I deleted the fictitous skins and replace them with USAC drivers from the same year. Since most drivers drove both it works out great. Also added were drivers, roll cages and a 1970 Monte Carlo.
